Shipping and Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

Original tags must be attached to the item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Made to Order Goods
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to Soleil Clothier and Boutique .

We will deduct $7 from your refund to account for return shipping costs. For a prepaid return label, please email us at soleilclothierandboutique@gmail.com with your order number, items you will be returning, and mailing address.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
